Look for new IMT & TCS show formats coming in our 20th anniversary year! We will soon bring new Inside Music Today shows to our fans in a whole new format. Plus we are rejuvenating our local program Twilite ConcertSeries to include our many friends that perform cover tunes so well. More about that in weeks to come.
Our viewers in New Jersey’s river towns can watch IMT on Comcast channel 28 on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 PM and on our YouTube channel. Twilite Concert Series airs on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM.
We’ll be taping future episodes of Inside Music Today at the Hornets Nest at 348 Lakehurst Road in Browns Mills, NJ! Come join us on Saturday, January 18 and 25. The music begins around 9 PM. Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of a future broadcast.
Room Two Productions is proud to announce the premiere of our new show: Give God Glory! Showcasing church choirs in the local area, this program will air on Comcast channel 28 in Burlington County’s River Towns each Monday at 6:30 and Friday at 7.
The Festival of Lessons and Carols is a service of Scripture and song that dates to the late 19th century. Led by a choir and orchestra of parishioners, high school and elementary students and friends of many faiths and directed by Mrs. Peg Smith, this service will take place at 7:30 PM on Friday, December 20.
Room Two Productions attended a recent rehearsal to film a preview of this special event. Don’t miss this opportunity to prepare your heart for Christmas.

I hope everyone watches this last show which will run throughout the Delaware Valley for this year. It’s very special! Bill could not fit in all the memorable moments from these past two years, but this show is packed with many.
Our producer Bill doing what he loves most: interviewing bands about their music (pictured here with Riverz Edge Band.)
Yes, we will be on hiatus for a short time. But Inside Music Today is not resting for long. I will continue to send out email newsletters and keep you updated with what will be running locally over our hiatus. I will keep you informed about any TV tapings and Road Shows, plus other new ventures Room Two Productions may be encountering. Want to subscribe to these email blasts? Click here to email me and get on our mailing list.
Anything new we do during hiatus from WMCN will run locally and be posted to our YouTube channel. So I will keep you informed.
Fans who live in New Jersey’s river towns can watch IMT every Tuesday night at 7 on Comcast channel 28.
Artists, if you wish to become a part of the IMT family of artists, now would be the time to come on board. Without the pressure of getting out a new show each week, this is the time IMT can work on longer and more involved projects. So if you have concept videos in mind, sign up now! And remember, IMT is always open to new and interesting ideas. So if you have one, give us a call or e-mail.
We had fun over the past two years doing 100 shows in a row. We met many good artists and we will continue to show these artists as long as they think it is worthwhile being on TV. Remember, we would like to hear from you as we get started on the shows for the new 2014 season and our 20th anniversary year!
This week IMT is happy to bring to you an entire show dedicated to the music of Riverz Edge! A very talented band that brings their original songs to IMT, but also performs a large variety of covers as well. Of course, you will only enjoy their originals on Inside Music Today, but check them out at a club near you to catch their entire show. Definitely something for everyone!
Next week on our final WMCN broadcast, tune in to enjoy some of the best moments from our 100 WMCN episodes. Should be quite interesting!
Even though we will be on hiatus from WMCN, you can still catch past shows on our local Comcast 28 channel, which airs in the river towns between Palmyra and Bordentown, NJ. IMT airs Tuesdays at 7 PM and starting shortly will also run Thursdays at 7:30 PM. Any of these shows that contain newly edited material will also be posted to our YouTube channel. Continue to read these blasts. They will keep you updated as to what is new and what will be posted to YouTube.
We have already begun booking Road Shows. All the songs taped at these shows will run on IMT when we return after hiatus. Road Show dates will be available on the blast, on Facebook and Twitter and on the website.
Tune in to IMT while you can still watch at midnight!
This week Inside Music Today is presenting an encore video from TheParachuting Apostles recorded at World Cafe. We also have another song from Artisan on which Bill received many compliments. Since so many fans enjoyed the song, here it is again.
For the remainder of the show Bill searched even further back into the archives and came up with a song from an old friend, Rob Grandon. A very fun tune! He also found songs from AfterLife, Preditor and Bishopsgate. Bishopsgate came to us from New York state. Back in the 90’s, that was a very big deal for our little local show.
Bill and I have made the decision that Inside Music Today is going on hiatus! Yes, we feel that after 100 shows we deserve a little down time. Our final WMCN show airing will be November 9th.
After some rest, we will begin to put our efforts back into new shows that will air throughout the Delaware Valley. Sometime after the new year we will begin gathering new talent, scheduling Road Shows with our family of artists and pulling together other material for all new shows.
During this hiatus, IMT will run on our local Comcast Channel 28. If you live in the Comcast system between Palmyra and Bordentown along the river, you can access IMT Tuesday evenings at 7PM. We will also be adding another evening airing in the near future. These shows will be reruns of past shows, but occasionally new shows will be added. Any new shows will also be posted to our YouTube channel.
I will keep everyone updated through this blast, on our website, and on Facebook and Twitter. So you will know what will be coming on Channel 28 shows, plus any new TV taping dates and Road Show events.
The Union
Remember, you can always get in touch with us with any new ideas for shows and new things happening in your musical careers. We will be collecting new material for the new shows leading up to our 20thanniversary broadcast year and 20th Anniversary Concert, which we still plan to present, June 2014.
One last thing. Bill is performing with The Union at Johnson’s Farm in Medford, NJ, Saturday, October 26th, 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. It should be a really cool event, so come on out and enjoy an October afternoon with some good music!
Sorry for such a lengthy update. Hope you enjoy all the artists on this week’s show and your weekend!
I do want to send out a special get well message to our friend Dave Livingston. Bill featured his band Box of Roxx last week, without knowing Dave was in the hospital. Somehow Bill has a sixth sense and always seems to feature someone on the show when they need it the most. We were so glad to hear that Dave was able to view the show from his hospital bed. Dave, we are wishing you a speedy recovery and all the best for the future!
We are nearing our 100th episode of IMT on WMCN. Bill & I have dedicated the majority of our lives these past 2 years to keeping original music on TV throughout the Delaware Valley. It’s hard to believe we are almost up to episode 100.
Enjoy the artists we are featuring tonight and come out to Dr. Lou’s on Friday, October 25, and be part of the TV taping of Riverz Edge. The show starts at 9 PM and we’re expecting it to be a rockin’ evening with a great crowd! The results of this taping will air on the November 2 episode. If you are there that evening, you’ll be on TV!
Our friend and sponsor John Carr from John’s Guitar Shop in Columbus Farmers Market is featured in both Destination Unknown and The Count Josephine Band, in a then and now comparison.
Another long time friend, Dave Livingston, performs on this show also, with his band Box of Roxx.
On Friday, October 25th, IMT will be at Dr. Lou’s Place taping Riverz Edge. The show begins at 9 PM, so come on down and be a part of a TV taping!
On the same evening, Dick & the Deer Gutters will be performing at the Harrisburg Music & Arts Center. If you’ll be in the area and would like to attend, go to their website, DickandtheDeerGutters.com and I’m sure you can get more details there.
Thank you to all who make our show possible: artists, sponsors and fans. It’s great to work with our artists and work for our sponsors and fans.
